Booking
The booking will be considered valid only after receipt of 50% of the amount of the booked ticket. The balance for the reservation must be paid no later than 17th October 2021. Failure to pay the balance will be considered as a renunciation of the reservation and the amount already paid will be no longer refundable.
Withdrawal
The Guest acknowledges that having the agreement for the supply of products and services related to the event for which the supplier undertakes to provide the latter within a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal is not applied.
Competent court
The interpretation and implementation of this booking shall be subject to Monegasque law. Any dispute concerning its application, interpretation or responsibilities incurred, which could not be settled amicably, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Monegasque courts.
